| Maurice has worked as a professional artist since 1984, setting up his studio at the Lefurgey Cultural Centre in Summerside, Prince Edward Island.
His paintings capture the the beauty of the PEI seascape and landscape. He is also acknowledged for his paintings of families captured in their enjoyment of the PEI beaches. He gained a reputation for his work in pastel and has turned to oil painting. He is a popular art teacher but can also be found demonstrating and teaching the art of sandcastle building on the many beaches of PEI. |
